 | Dr. Patrick R. Varble Dr. Varble received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1987. In 1992, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL. Following a General Practice Residency, he later received his Master of Science degree and orthodontic specialist certificate from St. Louis University. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Varble served as a Clinical Professor at Southern Illinois University/School of Dental Medicine for 25 years until his retirement in 2021. Dr. Varble is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Varble resides in Jerseyville with his wife, Kristy, and two children, Jake and Aly. Dr. Varble enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and golfing. |
 | Jane Amburg, Orthodontic Assistant I have been with Varble Orthodontics as an orthodontic assistant for many years (over 40!!). I basically grew up here! I have worked with generations of families. Meeting these wonderful people and watching them develop beautiful smiles is amazing. My husband, Chuck, and I have two adult children, Jacob and Maggie. We also have a beautiful grandson, Calvin. I love being “Gaga” to Calvin and also enjoy gardening and cooking. |
 | Rebecca Bohannon, Office Manager I joined Varble Orthodontics in July 1029 after previously working in the oral surgery field for 16 years. I enjoy working with our patients and watching their smiles transform. My husband, Brian, and I have four amazing children, Tate, Alli, Maci, and Molli. I absolutely love spending time with my family, reading, and watching them play soccer |
 | Jamie Boomershine, Receptionist I joined Varble Orthodontics in May of 2022. I have 15 years of medical office experience. My husband, Jordan, and I live in Jerseyville and have 4 children, Ayden, Brenden, Stevie, and Sawyer. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family, watching the kids in their various sports, and playing with makeup. |
 | Heather Dodd, Treatment Coordinator/Assistant I have been with Varble Orthodontics since 2014 and in the orthodontic field since 1994. I enjoy meeting all the new patients as a treatment coordinator for the office and helping them understand their orthodontic journey. I also enjoy seeing patients in the clinic as an assistant. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tony, our two boys, Zach and Chase, and my two wiener dogs. Oscar & Opie. We enjoy camping, Jeeping, and cheering on the St. Louis Blues. |
 | Melinda Flemming, Orthodontic Assistant I joined Varble Orthodontics in 2014 and it’s been the best decision ever! I have been in the dental field for 30 years and love every second of it! I am a single mom to my daughter, Kennedy, who is a student at SIUE, and am recently engaged to the best guy ever, Jim! Along with Jim, I gained 3 bonus kids, Katie, Kyle, and Emma, and a son-in-law, George. |
 | Terri Hinderhan, Orthodontic Assistant I recently re-joined Varble orthodontics. I have over 18 ears of Orthodontic experience. I am a lifetime resident of Kane and have been blessed with 27 years with my husband, Danny. We have two adult children, Levi and Michaela. I am blessed to rejoin the Varble family. |
 | Casey Massey, Orthodontic Assistant I have 2 kids, 1 cat, and 13 chickens. I am a Navy veteran of 5 years. I’m glad to be back home working with such a good group of people. I enjoy seeing each patient’s progress throughout their treatment. Even though I’ve only been here 1 year with Varble Orthodontics, I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. |
